Three security officers sexually assaulted in KZN

DURBAN - Three female security officers have been sexually assaulted and raped after heavily armed criminals entered the Department of Transport offices in Merebank in eThekwini in the early hours of Monday morning.

Three male security guards were held hostage for a period and the three female guards were sexually assaulted and raped.

The criminals made off with tools used for road maintenance and other assets.

A case has been opened with the police, and an investigation team has been deployed.

The case has been given top priority.
