JOHANNESBURG - Over 200 South African Firefighters left for Canada on Tuesday to assist with stopping wildfires there.
This is the third batch to fly out to the North American country where over 17,000 square miles of forest have burned since the beginning of the year.

The firefighters are from Working on Fire.
The organisation is funded by the environmental affairs ministry, where young unemployed people are recruited and trained.
