JOHANNSBURG - The family of Katlego Mpholo - the man whose burn remains were discovered in Thabo Bester's prison cell - says they are suing the state.
Mpholo’s burnt body was identified after DNA results matched with his mother.
An autopsy report showed that Katlego had died due to blunt force trauma to the head and was already dead before the prison caught fire.
