CAPE TOWN - Twenty South Africans who fled war-torn Sudan by boat to Egypt, have arrived home safely.
After being stranded at sea for several days, the men landed at Cape Town International Airport on Thursday.
They were initially refused entry into Egyptian for not having the necessary clearance.
With the help of the International Relations and Cooperation Department and the Gift of the Givers, they were allowed to disembark and continue with their journey.
Ayesha Ismail met up with them at Cape Town International Airport in the video above.
