SALDANHA BAY, Western Cape - The Joshlin Smith trial took a dramatic turn when the state’s main witness, Lourentia Lombaard, described how she and her boyfriend were allegedly abducted by masked gunmen.
Lombaard claims the gunmen demanded to know where Joshlin was.
The Middelpos girl was reported missing by her mother on 19 February 2024, but she was later arrested with Lombaard and two others for her daughter’s disappearance.
