Stage 2 blackouts from 4pm

JOHANNESBURG - Eskom is implementing stage 2 power cuts from 4pm on Sunday until 4pm on Monday.

Stage 3 will kick in overnight and the pattern will be repeated until further notice.

The power utility is replenishing its emergency reserves as it anticipates cooler weather this week.
