PRETORIA - Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula's urgent court bid to avoid arrest for alleged corruption has been adjourned until 3pm Monday afternoon.
It will be heard in the High Court in Pretoria.
The Speaker also wants the state to fully disclose the case against her.
The NPA only filed its answering affidavit on Monday morning and parties involved need time to read it .
Mapisa-Nqakula's Special Adviser, Mike Ramagoma, says the Speaker may also want to respond.
