'Spaza shop owners are putting lives at risk'
QONCE, Eastern Cape - The National Consumer Commission has sprung into action raiding businesses in Buffalo City.
It comes after the deaths of 9 children in Gauteng and the Eastern Cape.

The commission says its aim is to prevent any more loss of life.
