JOHANNESBURG - The community of White City in Soweto held a candlelit prayer ceremony for the children who were killed and mutilated in the area this week.
Residents say they're anxious about their safety and want police to step up the investigation and bring the killers to justice.
The mutilated bodies of 5-year-old Nqobizitha Zulu and his 6-year-old cousin Tshiamo Rabanye were discovered on Thursday.
The families say they are no closer to understanding why.
