CAPE TOWN - President Cyril Ramaphosa's State of the Nation Address is taking place at Cape Town City Hall on Thursday.
The sitting brings together the three arms of the State under one roof.
Sihle Zikalala, Minister of Public Works and Infrastructure, said he hopes the president will be emphatic on the role of infrastructure.
"There are a number of areas as well as a number of provinces lagging behind on infrastructure and therefore we believe that there should be emphasis on infrastructure development," he said.
