JOHANNESBURG - Anyone who intentionally contravenes the law on Thursday must be dealt with accordingly.
That is an instruction from Police Minister Bheki Cele.

He addressed law enforcement officers in Cape Town ahead of the State of the Nation Address.
Violence, disruptions and walk-outs have been the order of the day during SONA over the years.
However, Cele says not today.
"Anybody who tries to be clever than the clever, make sure they have chosen the wrong day," he said.
"We are policing under human rights and a constitutional dispensation, but at the end of the day is to enforce the law.
