ALICE - The slain bodyguard of the University of Fort Hare Vice-Chancellor Professor Sakhele Buhlungu will be buried on Saturday in the Eastern Cape.
Mboneli Vesele was gunned down outside Buhlungu's home in Alice last week.

He was 52 years old.
It's believed the vice-chancellor was the target of an assassination attempt.
Buhlungu has been vocal about previous attempts made on his and other staff members' lives.
Vesele has been described as a selfless and dedicated servant of those he was protecting.
Last year, a fleet manager at the university was killed outside his home.
Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande says the assassinations of tertiary institution staff must be urgently addressed.
