JOHANNESBURG - The Eskom board is to outline the way forward for the utility on Thursday.
It follows the resignation of CEO Andre de Ruyter.
Ruyter will officially step down in March.
He was appointed in December 2019 and has had a tumultuous time in office since.
2022 has seen more power cuts than any year since rolling blackouts started back in 2007.
He has been under pressure from unions and some in government to resign.
