EASTERN CAPE - An Eastern Cape school is at loggerheads with parents over unpaid fees.
Last Friday, the principal of Alfonso Arries primary school sent children home, infuriating the parents.

He justified the move, saying he has no choice as the school is struggling for funds to maintain the building and pay teachers' salaries.
