KWAZULU-NATAL - The KwaZulu-Natal Education Department says Pacina Retail, the company that's been awarded the School Nutrition Tender, is not politically connected.
MEC, Mbali Frazer, has presented her department's budget for the new financial year.
Pacina Retail has been under fire for failing to deliver food to over 5,400 schools in the province.
