PRETORIA - The Supreme Court of Appeal has granted the Road Accident Fund leave to appeal the high court ruling on claims by undocumented foreign nationals.

This after the court had declared that the RAF directive that excluded illegal foreigners from submitting claims was invalid and unconstitutional.
