SASSA has been struggling to make payments to millions of South Africans who rely on grants.
It is also been in the spotlight after two students uncovered suspected large-scale fraud.

Masango says they didn’t know the scale of the fraud at SASSA.
This after two Stellenbosch University students made presentations to the portfolio committee on Wednesday.
The students unearthed massive flaws in the agency’s Social Relief of Distress Grant system.
