JOHANNESBURG - Residents of South Hills in Johannesburg are once again thirsty for answers.
It's been almost two weeks since they've had water.
The city says the South Hills tower has been receiving inconsistent and inadequate supply from Rand Water.
Joburg Water meanwhile has pinned the blame on Rand Water while the bulk water supplier has blamed Stage 6 power cuts for its failure to pump the water.
