JOHANNESBURG - Tshwane mayor, Nasiphi Moya, has postponed the official handover of water in Hammanskraal indefinitely.
This comes after the city completed the first phase of its water purification project.
Water has begun flowing from taps in parts of Hammanskraal, but people are still waiting for the city to officially give them the go-ahead to drink it, and announce the next phase.
