JOHANNESBURG - Residents across the City of Johannesburg have had to contend with little to no water for weeks on end.
Officials have been giving one excuse after the other and residents are no longer buying it.
Many are concerned that the water crisis is heading in a similar direction to the country's electricity crisis.

Water has been restored in most parts of the city following weeks of dry taps.
The City of Joburg together with Joburg Water claim there is no crisis and a 10-year maintenance plan is in place.
But experts and even ward councillors are yet to see this plan.
