DURBAN - A brief court appearance for the driver of the tippy truck that rammed into dozens of other vehicles on the M41 near uMhlanga earlier this month.
The truck he was driving ploughed through forty-nine other vehicles before finally coming to a stop.

While no deaths were reported, not everyone escaped unscathed.
Sixteen people were injured in the incident, including a pregnant woman who had to be airlifted to hospital.
While Sithulile Zulu first fled the scene, he later turned himself over to officials.
He faces charges of reckless driving and failing to comply with the duties of a driver.
The case has been postponed to 23 March.
