SA's Racial Tensions | Resort attack suspect to appear in court

JOHANNESBURG - An attempted murder suspect in relation to the alleged racist attack in the Free State is expected in court.

He will appear in the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court on Thursday.

Two others, charged with common assault and crimen injuria have already appeared.

Their matters were postponed to the 25th of January 25.

In a viral video, two black boys can be seen being attacked by a group of white men on Christmas day.

The boys say the group wanted to stop them using a pool at the Maselspoort resort.

They say the men claimed the facility was reserved for white people.

The incident has caused nationwide outrage and calls for more action against racism
