SA's electricity crisis | Parts of Pretoria still without power

PRETORIA - Tshwane mayor Cilliers Brink can't say when power will be restored in Pretoria.

Large parts of the city are without electricity after the collapse of vandalised pylons.

Technicians are trying to lift the lines to reconnect them.

Brink says they're trying to find workarounds in some areas.

"So, it's very difficult to give a timeline," he said.

"Parts of Pretoria can be back-fed, supplied from sub-stations that aren't affected."
