JOHANNESBURG - Tensions ran high in Zandspruit, Johannesburg on Tuesday morning.
Some parents are angry about power cuts in the area.
They forced the Masakhane-Tswelelo Primary School to shut its doors.
They claim that their children are suffering because teachers say they cannot teach without lights, despite the school owning a generator.
Zandspruit is infamous for illegal electricity connections.
Eskom has removed them on numerous occasions.
