JOHANNESBURG - South Africans enjoyed a slight reprieve from blackouts but from Monday the country will be back in the dark.
Eskom has announced stage two blackouts from 4pm-5am until further notice.
The power utility says it continues to suffer generation unit breakdowns and the blackouts are necessary to replenish emergency generation reserves.
South Africa has been experiencing the worst blackouts in our country's history this year.
Over 100 days of blackouts have been recorded.
