JOHANNESBURG - Former Transnet executives are back at the Palm Ridge Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on Thursday.
Brian Molefe, Anoj Singh and Siyabonga Gama are accused of fraud and corruption.
It relates to a R54-billion Transnet tender where the parastatal procured over 1,000 locomotives.
There's also R93-million that was paid to Trillian Asset Management in 2015.
The matter was postponed until Wednesday for the defence to familiarise themselves with the docket.
