PRETORIA - The South African Municipal Workers’ Union says it's appointed a financial expert to be present at their meeting with the City of Tshwane before the bargaining council.
The meeting will analyse the city's financials and prove that it can pay workers.

Samwu says some of their members are ready to report for duty, but the City is simply not willing to negotiate.
Municipal workers have been on strike for nearly a month over salary increment disputes.
