JOHANNESBURG - Salga has welcomed cabinet’s decision to end cadre deployment.
The association says the policy has been one of the most destructive and unethical practices in municipalities.
In the last report of the State Capture inquiry, commission chairperson, Justice Raymond Zondo, said the ANC’s policy of cadre deployment is illegal and unconstitutional.
