DURBAN - The South African Human Rights Commission is set to release its report on the KwaZulu-Natal water crisis on Monday.

The commission says it has received over 600 complaints regarding water access since 2020.

Residents in some parts of the province have not had water for years while others have been battling more recent shortages caused by last year's floods and other infrastructure damage.
Frustrations are running high and service delivery protests have increased.

Municipalities are also failing to provide proper answers or alternative solutions to the crisis.
