BOKSBURG - Teacher's union Sadtu is vowing to push for the full implementation of the BELA Act.
After President Cyril Ramaphosa signed the bill into law, he allowed for the suspension of the language and admission policies for three months while discussions take place.

But at their 10th congress that concluded this weekend, the union insisted there's no turning back, and wants the act to be rolled out immediately.
The re-elected leadership says they will closely monitor the threat of job cuts as they vow to improve and advance basic education.
