JOHANNESBURG - The Correctional Services Department says it's charged Rosemary Ndlovu for contravening the Correctional Services Act.
She was caught with a mobile phone while imprisoned.
Ndlovu will be reprimanded in terms of Section 23 (1) of the Correctional Services Act.
Correctional Services says that the process may involve a withdrawal of privileges for a specified period, a reclassification and other punitive measures.
In 2021, Ndlovu was sentenced to six life terms for the murder of five of her relatives and her lover for insurance money amounting to millions of rand.
She was arrested after a hitman she'd hired informed police about a planned murder.
