Panyaza says the Gauteng province will assist his family to make sure Forbes gets a fitting farewell.

AKA and his former manager, Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane, were brutally murdered outside a popular restaurant on Durban's Florida road on Friday night.

"If we can't act, those who have illegal guns will finish those that are law-abiding," Lesufi said. "And those that have illegal guns will play God and decide who lives and who dies.

"Our lekgotla was very clear that we will approach the legislators and that we need a debate and serious action to be taken on strengthening gun laws across the board.

"As a state, it's high time that we take a particular stance and attend to this matter."
