Restore the power grid | Residents tired of load reduction

JOHANNESBURG - There have been more protests in Kibler Park South of Johannesburg due to City Power’s current policy of load reduction.

City Power has justified load reduction which basically means planned blackouts saying it is protecting infrastructure from overloading. 

Matsobane Sekhu, the Ward 125 councillor, discussed this with eNCA.
