JOHANNESBURG - Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan has less than 60 days left to ensure public facilities have uninterrupted power supply.
Last week, the High Court ordered government to exempt hospitals, schools and police stations from rolling blackouts.
The application was brought by Action SA, the UDM, the IFP and 17 others.

But government has significant concerns about the judgment.
It says it will affect the stability of the grid and have a negative impact on the economy.
It's likely to appeal the court ruling.
