NMB health facility shut down
GQEBERHA - A shortage of healthcare workers in the Eastern Cape has resulted in Motherwell residents shutting down the clinic in the area, saying there's no point in having it at all.
The community says the facility operates with only three nurses and a number of patients end up being turned away.
The National Union of Public Services and Allied Workers joined residents at a meeting aimed at finding solutions to the crisis.
eNCA's Nceba Ntlanganiso was there and filed this report.
