JOHANNESBURG - Why is a government housing project bypassing the electricity supply supplied by another government entity?
That's what's happening with the Johannesburg Social Housing Company or Joshco, and City Power.
The power utility has had to disconnect bypassed meters at the city's social housing units twice in the span of a week.
With residents saying it's Joshco, not them, at fault.
