JOHANNESBURG - Deputy Reserve Bank Governor, Kuben Naidoo has resigned.
Naidoo worked for the Bank for a decade and is a member of its monetary policy committee.
According to reports, his resignation is being considered by President Cyril Ramaphosa, and a new appointment will be made.
Prior to his appointment as a deputy governor, he served as the Adviser to the Governor of the SARB and as the Registrar of Banks.
Before joining the SARB, Naidoo worked at the National Planning Commission, as well as the National Treasury.
