JOHANNESBURG - Rea Vaya commuters are being left stranded again.
The Rapid Bus Transit Service says some of its routes have been suspended.
Numsa is now blaming the City of Joburg for not paying bus operating companies.
The union says this means that Pio Trans and Litsamaiso are not able to pay their drivers.
They were meant to receive their salaries on 25 October.
Numsa says this has been a problem since the beginning of the year.
The union says the city is incompetent and its members cannot be blamed for not pitching up for work.
Rea Vaya Phase 1A buses T1, C1, C2, C3, F1, F2, F3, F4 & F5 are still suspended until further notice. Phase 1B buses T2, T3, C4, C5, C6, F6, F7, F8, F9, F10, F11 & F12 are operating. We will provide updates on service and apologise for the inconvenience.
