JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa’s bid to invalidate Jacob Zuma's private prosecution attempt continues on Wednesday.
Zuma accuses Ramaphosa of being an accessory to a crime allegedly committed by state prosecutor Billy Downer and journalist Karyn Maughan.
Zuma alleges the two leaked his private medical records and that the president failed to act on the alleged breach.
Zuma argues this compromised the NPA and by extension, the criminal justice system.
Ramaphosa is seeking a final and permanent interdict against Zuma's private prosecution.
