JOHANNESBURG - ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa says things are about to change for residents of Ditsobotla Local Municipality.
Ramaphosa says the government is taking service delivery seriously.
He was speaking in Lichtenburg during the party's Letsema Campaign in North West.
"On the 14th of December, Disobotla will have a municipality that is fit for purpose that is going to serve the people of this area properly," he said.
