QONCE - Qonce residents in the Eastern Cape are planning to march for justice for 7-year-old Cwecwe.
She was raped in October last year, allegedly on school property at Bergview College in Matatiele.
The Qonce march is part of nationwide protests and will be led by activists and civil society organisations.
