JOHANNESBURG - Nehawu essential workers have been legally barred from taking part in the public servant's wage strike.
The strike has over the past weeks seen non-striking health workers intimidated and barred from accessing hospitals.

Patients have suffered too, with Health Minister Joe Phaahla blaming the union directly for the death of four patients.
The strike started last week after wage talks stalled.
The union wants a 10 percent salary increase.
