JOHANNESBURG - The SIU says it's confident of the progress made in the investigation into the Rooiwal waste water treatment plant tender scandal.
The probing unit says it’s finalised the first phase of its investigation.

This comes at a time when officials implicated in the scandal are set to return to work following a Bargaining Council ruling.
