CAPE TOWN - A company that benefited from the Gauteng Health PPE contract has been ordered to pay back all the profits made from the 113-point-two-million-rand deal.
LNG was awarded the sweet deal to supply the department with at least 100-thousand boxes of surgical gloves during the Covid-19 pandemic.
But, the Special Tribunal declared the contract invalid and unlawful.
