Power cut stages to be lowered

JOHANNESBURG - Eskom's crippling stage 6 rolling blackouts will continue until 5am on Saturday.

Then a slight reprieve from ongoing Stage 6 rolling blackouts, with Eskom implementing Stages 3 and 4 rotational cuts this weekend.

But higher demand as Winter approaches means higher stages are inevitable.
