CAPE TOWN - Western Cape police say they're working to put a stop to the spread of the trade in counterfeit goods.
Commissioner Thembisile Patekile says more than R100 million worth of fake goods were recently confiscated.

The goods range from clothing, to jewellery and alcohol.
Patekile says they also had to close down a place illegally distilling liquor in the west coast two weeks ago
