JOHANNESBURG - Police are investigating a shocking video of what appears to be VIP protection unit members.
They were caught on camera brutally assaulting two people on the N1 in Johannesburg.
Police say they are in the process of tracing the victims to get statements from them.

They say an internal departmental investigation is also underway.
Authorities say preliminary reports confirm the vehicles in the video belong to the SAPS.
National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola has condemned the act.
The DA wants immediate action against what it calls 'blue light bullies'.
