JOHANNESBURG - Police Minister, Senzo Mchunu, is partnering with Western Cape Premier Alan Winde, Cape Town Mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis in efforts to combat crime in the province.
They signed the Cooperation Agreement on Friday in Cape Town.
Police Minister Senzo Mchunu warned "trigger happy criminals" to beware as he released the latest crime statistics.
He says those challenging the police are challenging the state and will be dealt with.
Between last April and this April, police shot and killed 150 suspected criminals.
