DURBAN - A Durban police constable will remain in court.
He allegedly went on a liquor spending spree with a hijacked victim's bank card.
In the hijacking, 11-year-old Zarah Ramsamy was killed when the suspects ran her over.
The constable faces charges of theft, fraud, defeating and obstructing justice, among others.
The case has been postponed to 14 October 2024.
