Police arrest second Mkhanda prison escapee

MAKHANDA - A second escapee from the Makhanda Correctional Centre has been re-arrested.

Simba Masinge is one of seven inmates that escaped from the Eastern Cape prison this week.

On Tuesday, Eastern Cape police recaptured another escapee.

The seven prisoners are Zimbabwean nationals charged with rhino poaching.

They were held at the Grahamstown Correctional Centre in Makhanda.
